Mr. Cohen brings over 25 years of financial leadership. Since 2023, he has served as a Senior Financial Consultant advising executive management and boards on financial infrastructure and corporate governance. He was previously CFO of Pangea Ltd. (2022–2023) and VP Finance and Chief Controller of Scintec Media Ltd. (2020–2022). As Global Chief Controller at Orbotech Ltd. (NASDAQ: ORBK), he gained NASDAQ and US GAAP experience while managing US GAAP reporting and global SOX compliance for a $1B+ revenue company. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the College of Management Academic Studies and is a CPA.
