Jamie Khurshid is an experienced investment banker, fintech CEO, and European regulatory transparency in financial markets.

At Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Scotland, he co-founded IHS Markit Boat and London Stock Exchange Turquoise MTF. He was recognized for successfully delivering the longest-running European regulatory vehicle and defining the first voluntary transparency regime for the global bullion market on behalf of the London Bullion Market Association, under the authority of the Bank of England with oversight from the UK FCA.

Serves as the CEO of Jacobi Asset Management.

Andrew Albert “Al” Kucharchuk is the current Chief Financial Officer of Nukkleus. He started his career with OncBioMune Pharmaceuticals where he has held various positions at the company including CEO, COO and CFO. In 2015 he took OncBioMune Pharmaceuticals Inc public and in 2017 the company completed an international acquisition of Vitel Laboratorious, Mexico City, Mexico. In 2020, Al successfully completed an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) with Theralink Technologies Inc. He served as acting Chief Financial Officer of Theralink until December of 2020 when he left to restructure Adhera Therapeutics, Inc. Under Al’s direction, his companies have secured over $100 Million in both debt and equity financings and has filed multiple registration statements.
