Menny Shalom is the CEO of T3 Defense Group. A seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience in defense tech, precision manufacturing, and enterprise software, he previously served as CEO of Motomova as well as Hold Me Ltd. Prior to this, he was the Founder & CEO of both Wayerz and Mipso.
Morel Levi has served as Chief Financial Officer of T3 Defense Inc. since December 2025, overseeing financial strategy across the company’s growing defense portfolio. He also serves as CFO and Financial Controller of Nukk Picolo.
Prior to joining T3 Defense, Mr. Levi was Controller at Blender Financial Technologies Ltd. (2022–2025) and began his career at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer (EY Israel) (2020–2022), building deep expertise in audit, compliance, and corporate finance.
Mr. Levi holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ruppin Academic Center and is a licensed CPA in Israel.
Emil Blumer brings more than 25 years of defense industry experience to T3 Defense, where he leads growth strategy, dealflow, and market positioning across the portfolio. He spent much of his career at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in senior roles spanning program leadership, business development, and international commercial management. He went on to hold senior leadership positions at Avnon and Magal, deepening his expertise across global defense and security markets.
Jordan Buchler brings over 20 years of public sector experience and a proven track record of building and scaling complex operational systems in highly constrained environments. His career spans senior leadership roles at Weissbeerger, Paramount Enterprise International, ZOOZ Power, and Oran Safety Glass, as well as founding the Ethiopian Maritime Training Institute. At T3 Defense, he oversees portfolio operations and ensures execution across the company’s growing family of defense-industrial businesses.
Jonathan is an M&A analyst at T3 Defense. Prior to this, he was an M&A and financial analyst at Enlight Renewable Energy (TLV: ENLT). He also worked for two years at the Israel Ministry of Finance as an economist and analyst at the budget department.
Uriya Rosenbaum is T3 Defense Group’s financial manager. Prior to T3 Defense, he contributed to the growth and financial operations of Lili Financial Services, overseeing financial modeling, variance analysis, and comprehensive reporting to support informed decision-making. Before this, he gained a strong foundation in financial analysis in his roles as an Assurance Senior at EY and FP&A Manager in the IDF. Uriya has experience with both US and Israeli GAAP, as well as IFRS.
CPA (Israel) with ~28 years of experience, including 11 years as a partner at a top-six international accounting firm, specializing in Israeli GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP, with extensive experience in public offerings in Israel and abroad.
David Rokach has been a member of the T3 Defense Board of Directors since September 2024. He is also the founder and CEO of Tokara Management Ltd., an investment management firm specializing in hedge fund strategies. In addition, David has served as a Senior Investment Manager at H.M Capital Management since January 2020. David has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A’s) and corporate revitalization.
Aviya is a member of the T3 Defense Board of Directors. She has owned and operated her own independent law firm since 2023 in Israel specializing in torts, corporate law, administrative law, and civil litigation. Prior to this, she worked at Yigal Matzlavi Lawfirm and Nototoary from 2017 to 2023. Aviya has a law degree from the Ono Academic College.
Reuven is a member of the T3 Defense Board of Directors, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in financial markets with expertise in risk management, market analysis, and investment strategies. He has advised institutional investors, startups, and finance companies worldwide with strategy development, market assessment, and risk evaluation.
Anastasiia Kotaieva has served on the T3 Defense Group Board of Directors since June 2024. She is a business manager and entrepreneur with experience in finance, real estate, and infrastructure. Since 2022, she has operated Ali Finance, serving clients in real estate and the stock market. Previously, she was an analyst at Menora Mivtachim, one of Israel’s largest insurers, and an account manager at BSV Energy, a Ukrainian engineering firm. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Economics from Krok University in Kyiv.
Tomer Nagar is a member of the T3 Defense Group Board of Directors bringing a diverse background combining military leadership and corporate sales experience. Since 2019, Tomer has been employed in the sales department of Sogolowek Food Group. Prior to his corporate career, Tomer served in the Israeli Air Force between 2006 to 2018, achieving the ranks of Sargent First Class. A graduate of the Israeli Air Force College, he earned a degree in Aviation Machinery in 2005.
Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Mark Beesley is an advisor to T3 Defense, providing strategic guidance on defense sector acquisitions, and identifying and structuring. With over 30 years of distinguished service in the US Air Force, his military career includes key leadership positions such as Deputy Director for Operations at the National Military Command Center in the Pentagon. Prior to joining T3 Defense, Brig. Gen. Beesley served as Chief Restructuring Officer for aviation and defense companies, where he guided organizations through complex restructuring processes, driving sustainable growth.
